Come and learn how to take your basic tie dye knowledge to the next level. Shibori is a Japanese resist dye technique from the 8th century that we see in fashion and home decor all the time. We will demonstrate the different ways to do Shibori involving everything from wrapping the fabric in cotton twine to clamping wood between the layers to create a geometric effect.

All materials will be provided including one shirt for each student to dye with their chosen method and design.
